HERTFORD MILL

Rich was project architect on this difficult brownfield site in Hertford. Positioned between existing houses and the railway line, this awkward-shaped site went through many iterations over years. The finished design included a mix of three and four-storey townhouses, 2-storey terraced houses and flats, that took design inspiration from the factories that had previously sat on the site.
