THE OLD DAIRY YARD

A development of 12 homes on a former dairy in Welwyn Garden City. These family homes took inspiration from the garden city principles and typologies, but updated them with modern detailing and materials. The site is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with the houses arranged around a shared-surface courtyard.
