WYCH COTTAGE

Developed by Campbell Rowe Properties, this derelict building was brought back to life as two flats. Restricted by limited window positions and entrances, the design required careful planning to ensure that the units were built to regulations and included natural light, whilst maximising the rentable bedrooms.
